the integration of ICT is not only an option but also a necessity to attract more engagement for teachers and students in the education process
(Paryono & Quito 2010). Moreover, it helps individual to become more competent in terms of the knowledge and skills on different ICT
applications (NICSBasic, 2010). Caluza et al. (2017) highlighted the importance of ICT to the development of student’s motivation, skills, and
engagement to facilitate learning. Thus, there is a need for ICT reform within the education sector.

Clark-Wilson et al. (2014) highlighted several challenges associated with teaching using digital technologies, including adapting teaching
practices, providing professional development and training, ensuring equity and access, integrating technology effectively, addressing pedagogical
concerns, managing assessment, and navigating time constraint. The digital divide is therefore identified as impacting digital education equity
(Youssef et al., 2022

Durak and Saritepeci (2017) noted that technology’s impact was moderate overall, but teachers with four to six years of experience in the
classroom tended to have a stronger positive reaction in accordance with their management, especially when used for five to seven hours daily.
Ross (2020) made predictions that this infusion would increase student-centered learning activities, students’ increased confidence in
technology usage, and students’ overall accessibility to technology
