We decided that rewards for our Introducing Brokers shouldn’t just be coming in the form of

commissions. With that in mind, we have developed a spectacular loyalty scheme to allow you to
earn cash rewards in addition to your regular commissions.

How to get started:

1. Copy your unique URL or referral code and share it with the world. Every trader who registers at
Tickmill with your link or code will automatically be added to your network;
2. Please ensure that your clients’ MT4/MT5 accounts are registered under your IB code;
3. Earn commissions from the volume your clients trade on FX and Metals, reach at least 1,000 lots
of total volume, or carry out specific agree activities to start redeeming the cash rewards.

The loyalty program scheme has 9 different tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite, Elite
Plus, Legend, Ultimate. Each tier gives you access to a cash prize you can redeem before moving on
to the next tier:

• Bronze
Reach 1,000 lots or more to win $100 in Cash;

• Silver
Reach 5,000 lots or more to win $500 Cash;

• Gold
Reach 10,000 lots or more to win $1,000 Cash;

• Platinum
Reach 20,000 lots or more to win $2,500 Cash;

• Diamond
Reach 30,000 lots or more to win $5,000 Cash;

• Elite
Reach 50,000 lots or more to win $10,000 Cash;

• Elite Plus
Reach more than 50,000 lots to win $15,000 Cash for every 50,000 lots from then on, until
950,000 lots;

• Legend

Reach 1 million lots or more to win $100,000 Cash;

• Ultimate
Reach 5 million lots or more to win $250,000 Cash;

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only the trading volume on FX and Metals will count towards your prizes.

2. To be eligible to redeem a cash prize, Introducing Brokers (Hereinafter referred to as IB) should
also satisfy the following two criteria:

2.1. IB should have a minimum of 10 active clients for the previous 90 days;

2.2. A minimum of 20% of the total trading volume accumulated by the IB should have been
achieved within the last 12 months. If the total volume amount is equal or higher than 100,000
lots, the percentage of volume that is required to fall within the last 12 months drops to 10%.

2.3 IBs may be entitled to additional points awarded for activities they may have carried out.
These activities should be agreed between the IB and the respective Country Manager and
should not cause any conflict of interest for either party. Furthermore, the activities should be
always in line with the best business practices and the code of ethics.

3. We reserve the right to disqualify an IB from the Loyalty Program under the following
circumstances:

3.1 If an IB violates any laws and/ or applicable regulations and/ or the current Terms and
Conditions.

3.2 If an IB acts in bad faith and/ or abusively and/ or fraudulently and/ or in a manner that is not
in line with the terms of the Partnership Agreement between the Partner and Tickmill.

3.3 If there is reasonable suspicion that the trading volume corresponding to an IB is derived by
error and/or fraud and/or any doubtful operations.

4. By accepting a prize, the Partner automatically provides his express consent and grants
permission to Tickmill to use the IB’s photo image, name, contact details and details of the Prize
for Tickmill's marketing objectives.

5. Tickmill will contact the winning IBs through the specific contact methods that the Partner
communicated to Tickmill for the operation of the account with Tickmill. If the Partner cannot be
contacted or does not respond within a period of 28 days, the prize will be cancelled.

6. If an IB has already achieved multiple prize targets when the program starts, the IB will only be
eligible to receive the prize corresponding to the latest (highest) tier achieved.

7. Tickmill reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion. Prizes may also
be subject to change.

8. Prizes may vary depending on the Partner's country of residence.

The Tickmill Partnership Loyalty Program is set to run indefinitely. If the program is discontinued, IBs
will be informed in advance.
