Mrs. Charmaine, a 31-year-old female sales manager, was admitted to

hospital with a lump on the front of her neck for one month.

On examination, she has an enlarged thyroid. Her heart rate was faster
than normal, maybe tachycardia was the cause. She also has a slightly
minor hypertension and she also told me that she felt an palpitations .
Her skin was smooth, warm and moist. Both of her eyeballs appeared to
be bulging out, a sign of exophthalmus.
