png) are as follows. Kindly check the AD size of your choice:

[ ] Inside Hard Back Cover Reserved for the 3 Congressional Districts
[ ] Hard Back Cover Reserved for the Provincial Governor of Tarlac

Terms and Conditions :

1. Contract form should be filled up accurately and duly signed by the advertiser
2. NO REFUND will be made as soon as the contract has been closed
3. The deadline for submission of ADVERTISEMENT MATERIAL (pdf, jpeg or png in high resolution) is March 08,
2024. The host division will not be responsible if the advertisement is not printed due to late submission.
4. For full payment, the deadline is on March 08, 2023
5. Only the full-page subscription and middle-folded hard page will be given a copy of the 2024 CLRAA Souvenir Book

I hereby authorize the 2024 CLRAA Souvenir Program Technical Working Committee of the DepED Region III hosted
by the Schools Division Office of Tarlac Province to print our advertisement or complimentary greetings in the Souvenir Book.
