Assignment Description

Choose 1 of the following service sectors as the focus for your report: sports,
tourism, hospitality, or events businesses. You are required to write a 2,250-word
report which should include the following;

• An outline of the chosen service sector


• Critical analysis of the management and leadership styles in one of the
specific service sectors
• Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of the approaches taken.
• Include consideration of the key challenges your chosen sector faces from a
contemporary perspective
• Appropriate conclusions and recommendations for improvement to the
identified challenges
• Reference list in Harvard format.
