May it please the Hon'ble Court:

1. We respectfully request that no ex-parte order be issued in any Suit/Case/Application for

injunction or any recovery/prohibitory order initiated by the aforementioned Opponents in the
Honorable Civil Court, O. S. No. 1358/2005 against the Caveator concerning the possession of
the plaint suit schedule property without prior notice of the proposed Suit/Application served to
the Caveator.
2. The Caveator's address for the service of notice/summons regarding the proposed
suit/application by the above-named Opponent is as stated in the title clause of this application.

3. The Caveator commits to serving a copy of this application via Registered Post A.D. to the
aforementioned Opponents.

4. The Caveat application bears a fixed Court fees stamp.
