With reference to the subject cited, I, B Ramshetty, resident of C-16, MI-6, Phase-I, 6-1-401,
Vanasthalipuram, Hyderbad-500070, Occupation: Principal (Retired) submit the following for your
kind information necessary action.

The construction has been raised in our neighbourhood C-15, MIG, Phase-I, 6-1-400
Vanasthalipuram, Hyderbad-500070. There was lack of supervision by the GHMC authorities and the
construction has been raised for 5 floors in the plot measuring 250 square yards deviating from the
permission granted for construction. The building is constructed in deviation of norms and building is
let to clinic on commercial grounds. It is illegal to run clinic in residential area and the residents are
exposed to infections.He/She constructed the shop in stilt and toilets in setback area causing
inconvenience to us.And the stilt area which needs to be used for parking but he received for shops.

Grievance has been raised ONLINE on 19-08-2021. Reference number is 1908211505322.

In this regard, I request you to demolish the deviated construction (Stilt+4+ penthouse) at any early
date for which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful.
