Title: Account Receivables Agent (Part-Time)

Job Description: Overseas 'Receiving Payments' from Customers in the United States And Canada.

Start Date: October 12th, 2023

Salary: $60,000 yearly, ($5,000 monthly) Plus, earnings of 5% Commission on every completed transaction.

Probation: Organization's probationary policy is 30 days

Hours of Work: The position requires a self-preferred communication method and timing per week but
requires 5-8 hours weekly.

Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the International Recruitment Consultant/Manager,
MR Ngo Wang.

Taxes: All associated Taxes, Wiring Fees & Expenses related to all of the monies collected by the Consultant/
Contractor: Shailesh Tiwari will be the sole and complete responsibility of the parent company;
Modalis Therapeutics Inc.
Indemnification Agreement: If the corporation and the clients refuse to pay, the contractor,
Shailesh Tiwari will not be involved in any litigation. Legal action will be taken against these
and the parent corporation will be held liable.
