3. Validation and Accreditation of New Programme Actual Costs plus 30% administrative costs paid
upfront before evaluation is done

4. Application for Establishment of a University, College and TZS.5,000,000 for local investor and USD 5,000 for
Centre foreign investor

5. Evaluation and Recognition of Foreign Award TZS. 100,000 for Undergraduate Awards, and;

TZS. 150,000 for Postgraduate Awards.

6. Lodging of charters and review of approved charters TZS.2,500,000

7. Permission for Promotion of university education in TZS.3,000,000

8. Certification of student seeking to pursue studies abroad TZS. 50,000
