Subject: Request for Transfer/Posting of Shri P. Kumar, Manager (Jr.) at Bangalore or

Hyderabad Office

Respected Sir,

I, Gopi Bhava Das, a Monk at the ISKCON temple, New Delhi since 2011, am writing to you
with due respect and a heartfelt request regarding the transfer of my brother, Shri. P.
Kumar, who currently serves as Manager (Jr.) at the Southern Printing Group, Survey of
India, Uppal, Bangalore or Hyderabad. As per the office letter from Surveyor General of
India, Dehradun’s Office Letter No. E1-1465/701-E&AO Dt. 13.03.2024 (Copy enclosed), my
brother has been transferred to the Printing Office, New Delhi of Survey of India due to the
closure of the Southern Printing Group in Hyderabad.

I am one of two brothers in our family, and my brother's presence in Bangalore or

Hyderabad is essential due to our aged parents. Our father, aged 75 and suffering from
paralysis, and our mother, aged 68, both require constant personal care and attention in
their old age. Given my commitment to serving at ISKCON and being a Monk, I am unable to
fulfill the caregiving responsibilities that my brother can provide in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Hence, I humbly request your intervention to kindly transfer/post my brother, Shri P.

Kumar, Manager (Jr.), to the Survey of India’s Office, NIGST, Hyderabad. This transfer would
enable him to continue serving with his experience of more than 25 years with Survey of
India, starting from 1998 onwards, while also allowing him to fulfill our familial
responsibilities towards our aging parents.

Your understanding and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it would
alleviate the strain on our family and ensure the well-being of our parents.
