New radio system for BT Radioshuttle

1. Background
The Sesam 500 radio system that has been used for Radioshuttle will be phased out
by the supplier starting January 1, 2013, and will be replaced by the Sesam 6000
which today is being used for the RS150 model.
Spare parts for the Sesam 500 will be sold as long as they are in stock.
A conversion kit has been produced to enable a rebuilding of existing units from
Sesam 500 to Sesam 6000. The kit consists of a transmitter unit, receiver, various
fittings and wiring harness and an assembly instruction.

2. Procedure
2.1 Kit number to convert a Sesam 500 system to Sesam 6000 standard
The number for the conversion kit is:
• For RS10, 15: 890100015EAX
• For RS12: 880100015EAX
In addition to the conversion kit, a new EEPROM is
needed, part number 853101005EAX or 853101011EAX,
depending on model and serial number to make the
conversion work.
This must be specified to customer support when
ordering the conversion kit, because there are different
EEPROM for different trucks.
