1. Product overview

1.1 Overview of the Outdoor Integrated Cabinet

The cabinet is made of metal or non-metal materials and is directly under the influence of climate
environment. The operator is not allowed to enter the cabinet.Communication equipment, transmission
equipment, power supply equipment, monitoring equipment, batteries and other supporting equipment
can be installed inside the device, which can provide reliable mechanical and environmental protection
for the normal operation of internal devices.

1.2 Structure Overview

1.2.1 Double cabin cabinet

The outer and inner panels of the outdoor integrated cabinet are galvanized steel plates, and the
interlayer is 45mm heat insulation material.The equipment bay can support a maximum of 40U
installation space.
Dimensions of the cabinet: 2100mm x 1800mm x 900 mm.Inner size: 1800mm×1700mm× 800mm

1.3 Cabinet Features

 Built-in structure design, effectively ensure the cabinet door is pry.

 Column mounts support 19 - and 21-inch interchanges.
 Protection grade IP55, effectively prevent rainwater leakage.
 The cabinet adopts the assembled structure design, which can effectively meet the
requirements of bulk delivery and package delivery.
 The door lock adopts outdoor cabinet special mechanical lock, three-point locking
structure, to provide reliable security protection for the cabinet.
 The cabinet is installed on the ground.

3.1 Use of the Cabinet

3.1.1 Use of cabinet threshold devices

When opening the cabinet door, the limiting device automatically realizes the limiting
function. When closing the door, please gently lift the limiting device to cancel the
limiting function.

3.1.2.1 Anti-theft design of door locks

A、The anti-destructive use of anti-theft lock meets the B-level requirements in GA/T
73-1994 Mechanical Anti-theft Lock, as shown in the figure.

3.1.3 Use and Maintenance of the heat dissipation Device

The outdoor integrated cabinet uses a 1500W AC compressor for heat dissipation. For
details, see the manual delivered with the air conditioner.

3.2 Grounding the Cabinet

（1）A cabinet is equipped with a ground bar. The ground bar is an anticorrosive coated
copper bar with a cross-sectional area of 50mm2. Ten appropriate screw holes and screws
are reserved.See Figure 3-2

3.3 Cabinet Maintenance

 Light maintenance: Open the door and check whether the light is on normally.Check
whether the wiring is damaged and the lamp plug is off.See Figure 3-3

4. Packaging, storage and transportation

After packaging, the product can be transported by car, train, ship, plane, etc.Avoid
collisions, falls, direct exposure to rain and snow, and sun exposure during
transportation.
Products should be stored in well-ventilated, dry warehouse, there should be no
corrosive gases around, storage temperature of -40℃ ~ +70℃.
