REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
1. GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Having an Advanced Secondary School Certificate with at least 2 principal passes in core subjects
related to the program applied for.
Note: Specific programs entry requirements will be found on UTAB website: [Link]

2. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
TUITION FEES
 For Year 1 Undergraduate
 Notarized Secondary School Certificate (A ‘Level) Day & Weekend programs:
(With at least 2 Principal Passes in core subjects)
 Notarized Equivalence of Secondary School Certificate from NESA
375,000 RWF per year
(Foreigner applicant)
Holidays programs:
 Copies of Secondary School reports of 3 last years
 Copy of National ID or Valid Passport (Foreigner applicant) 275,000 RWF per year
 2 photos passport
 Proof of payment of registration fees of 39,500 RWF Postgraduate (PGDE)
Note: Only digital payment will be accepted. Weekend & Holidays
programs:
 For Year 2 or Year 3 (Transfer applicants) 450,000 RWF per year
 Notarized Secondary School Certificate (A ‘Level)
(With at least 2 Principal Passes in core subjects) Tuition fees are payable in 3
