ID will begin taking effect in 2022,

and security groundwork needed
for more complex drone
operations.
As of April 2021, routine
operations of sUAS at night and
operations over people are
permitted subject to several
requirements and under certain
conditions.
On March 11, 2022, the FAA
published the Advisory
Rulemaking Committee (ARC)
recommendations for rule-
making on flight beyond visual
line of sight (BVLOS).
