TCS NQT Eligibility Criteria

1. Academic Criteria:- UG, PG and Diploma students. Student with any degree and

specialization ( BTech / BE / MTech / ME / MCA / MSc / MS)

2. Batch:- Year of Passing 2024

3. Backlog Criteria:- 1 Active Backlog is allowed time of appearing for the Exam.

4. Percentage Criteria:- 60% throughout in X / XII / UG / Diploma / PG.

5. Education gap:- Overall Gap in Academic Career not to exceed 2 years

Package:

Ninja-

• UG- 3.36 LPA

• PG – 3.53 LPA

Digital-

• UG – 7 LPA
• PG – 7.3 LPA

Prime-

• UG – 9 LPA
• PG – 11.5 LPA

IMPORTANT DATE:-

Test Date: 26th April 2024 onwards

Application Closing Date: April 10 2024

• Physical (In-Centre)

• Depending on the marks obtained you are shortlisted for Ninja or Digital profile in TCS.

Step 1 :
Click on Register Link
Open above page, however make sure that you keep this pdf open too for checking
each step properly !

Step 2.0 : Select Category

On this slide you will get two options to select. Among the two options given
you will have to select IT.
 Step 2.1 : Enter your mail ID
Enter your mail ID with which you want to proceed further. Make sure it is your
valid gmail id and you have access to this mail id.
 Step 2.2 : Enter OTP sent to your mail ID
Enter the OTP that has been shared on your provide mail ID, copy and paste is
not allowed so enter the otp manually.

Step 2.3 : Enter your basic details

Enter the last 4 digits of your Adhar Card name, and DOB
 Step 2.4 : Agree for privacy notice
When you will click on the “Proceed” in the last step a pop up will appear of
Privacy Notice, click agree and then click proceed

After Clicking on Application form you have to submit 4 section

Step 3 :
Personal Details
This is the easiest part of the form.

• All you need to do is to fill your personal details correctly.

 Step 4 :
Educational Qualification

• Select your Institute name, Qualification and Year of Passing by clicking on

the drop down bar.

• Select the nearest test location of your choice.

Step 5 : Select nearest TCS Office

Select nearest TCS office and click submit

 Step 6 :
Confirm Details
After clicking on the submit button it will ask to confirm the details entered by
you. If the entered details are correct, you can proceed furthur.
 Step 7 :
Note down your Application ID
You will get your TCS NQT registration ID in this process.
 Step 8 :
Enter the captcha
Enter the captcha and click next.

Login via OTP
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mail address and click login.
 Step 10 :
Application window
Application window will appear and click on Application form to start filling
your TCS NQT Registration form for 2024

Continue Filling your Personal Details
Fill all the required details in the personal details section. Once the details are
filled, You can proceed by clicking save and continue.

Academic and work experience details

In this section, you have to fill the information related to your education :

• Higher qualification details

• Graduation details

• XII Grade or equivalent details

• X Grade details

• If you have done any other course, then you can mention that under “Any

Other Qualification ” section.

• Work Experience Details if any.

Step 13 :
Other details
In this section you have to fill details mentioned below:

• Nationality

• Languages Known

• Your Achievements ,Scholarships or certificates if any.

• And last but not the least Your CV and your photograph.
 Step 14 :
Application Form Preview and Declaration
This is the final section. Here you have to preview the application form by
clicking on the Application Form Button and fill the declaration part.

Step 15 :
Apply for TCS Recruitment Drive
Click yes if you want to apply for TCS NQT recruitment drive
 Step 16 :
Recruitment details
Enter the nearest test center and top 3 preferred job locations.

Step 17 :
Registration complete
You will get notified that you have successfully applied for the drive.

• Go to the TCS NQT Registration Process link.

• Now If you have ID Password then login through it otherwise you have to create new

account and only then you can login.

• After clicking on the button fill the information correctly to create your account.

• Verify the details again and then click on the submit button to Submit your form.

SHALL I BUILD MY PROFILE UNDER THE HEADINGS OF 'BPS' OR 'IT'?

Students should build profiles in the category of “IT.”

IF I ALREADY HAVE A CT/DT REFERENCE NUMBER, WHAT SHOULD I DO? IS IT

NECESSARY FOR ME TO RE-REGISTER?

No, you do not have to re-register. Please complete the Application Form and click
the ‘Apply for Drive’ button.

MY PROFILE WAS ESTABLISHED WRONGLY UNDER 'BPS.' WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO

DO NOW?

If you built your profile under BPS improperly, you will need to create it again under
‘IT’ using your own alternative Email ID.
Send an email to ilp.support@tcs.com if you want your BPS profile removed.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY PROFILE BECAUSE I COMMITTED

CERTAIN ERRORS?

Once the profile is in the Application Received / Applied for Drive state, only minor
modifications may be made. As a result, we ask that you carefully fill out the
application form.

HOW MANY YEARS OF GAP ARE ELIGIBLE IN TCS NQT?

TCS NQT allows a maximum gap of 2 year through out the Academics.

HOW CAN YOU RECOVER THE LOST PASSWORD AND ID?

Follow these simple steps to recover your password:

1. Visit TCS NQT official website

2. Click forgot password

 3. Register your email/phone number

4. Type in the OTP

5. Password is recovered.

WHAT IS THE DATE FOR THE TCS NQT EXAM?

TCS NQT Exam date will progress from April 26th 2024 onwards based upon the
number of registration.

WHEN IS THE LAST DATE FOR THE TCS NQT REGISTRATION?

Last date to register for TCS NQT 2024 is April 10th, but this may change based
upon the number of registration and center’s availability.
