Pioneer of the Raw Food movement, scientist of the Lithuanian origin VIKTORAS KULVINSKAS visits Lithuania for the first time! He will hold a 4-day workshop, every morning of which will start with yoga and meditation. Participants will acquire basic knowledge about the human organism and will savor healthy and delicious food prepared according to the raw food principles.
V. Kulvinskas established a scientific theory based on the raw food principles which became the guiding star for thousands of people. Among them you can meet such Hollywood stars as Demi Moore and Uma Thurman. Supporters of this theory admit that raw food makes them more energetic, helps to get rid of skin and digestion problems and to lose weight. It is supposed that this kind of a diet helps to prevent cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The workshop is intended for everyone who wants to find their own way to healthy life and to perceive the relationship between food and state of health; for everyone who wants to take advantage of the energetic recourses of their body, to prolong their life and to prevent degeneration and diseases. Viktoras will teach you to feel waves of bliss coming from the inside due to the bio- chemically based integrity of the raw food and our body. The workshop will deal with:

The workshop is held by Viktoras Kulvinskas, the pioneer of the Raw Food movement, the scientist of the Lithuanian origin, the legendary co-founder of the Hippocrates Health Institute. He was born in Lithuania; during the World War II immigrated to the USA where graduated the Connecticut University. Viktoras had serious health problems; that is why he turned to the raw food. In the course of time V.Kulvinskas has established the whole scientific theory and now he has numerous followers of different age who welcome his ideas of the communal way of life, Tantra, vortex dances, etc. Activities of V. Morning yoga and meditation is held by: Daniella Prauss a yoga coach and a qualified specialist in acupuncture and Eastern medicine. She did the yoga coaching course Vinayasa Flow Yoga and now studies Ashtanga Yoga with Margarida Tree One Yoga Planet in Florida. Daniella studied traditional Chinese medicine in the Five Branches University and has the California state licenses in acupuncture and herbal medicine, as well as in Eastern medicine (NCCAOM).
