GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Complete all the tasks listed below using the worksheet provided.
a. General Journal (need to print more than 1 copy).
b. General Ledger (need to print more than 1 copy).
c. Trial Balance.
2. Compile in a short white folder.
a. File it with a fastener - Make sure all the pages are secure and nothing falls out.
b. Write FABM1 in the middle part of the folder.
c. Write your name and section in the lower part of the folder.
d. Print the rubrics (place the scorecard on the front page & arrange the requirements accordingly).
3. Handwritten and no erasure - Any erasure will result in a deduction of points from your score.
Instead, double-check your work and make sure everything is accurate.

Please note that the initial grade for each task is 100 points. Deductions will be made for each error in data
entry, amount, and presentation. The final grade will be computed by subtracting the deductions from the
initial grade.

5. Make sure to complete and submit your output.
a. Submission before the deadline - You will be rewarded 5 extra points for all written works, 3 points
for one previous performance task, and a chance to choose one quiz to convert to a perfect score
of 100%.
b. Submission on deadline - You will be rewarded 5 extra points for one written work, 3 points for
one previous performance task
c. No additional points for a late submission. (Don't miss the chance to improve your grades!)
6. Upon submission, you will have an oral test on 2 random questions related to output to ensure that
you have not copied your classmates' work.
