Medidas de strain-rate en 10 sujetos sanos y en 12 pacientes después de sufrir un

infarto agudo de miocardio 26

1 12 pacientes con IAM. Se analizan 114 segmentos con contractilidad normal y 76 con alteraciones
segmentarias. Edad media 62±12.

2 10 voluntarios en el grupo control con edades entre 30 ± 7 años. Se analizan 171 segmentos. No
diferencias significativas en los valores entre los distintos segmentos.

3 No diferencias entre segmentos no isquémicos de pacientes y segmentos de sujetos sanos.
