ANARDANA CHAT

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (aloo), boiled, peeled and cut into


cubes
½ cup fresh pomegranate pearls (anardana)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for gar-
nishing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala + for sprinkling
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
Green chutney as required
Yogurt as required
Sev as required
cooking.
Cooking method

1. Combine potatoes, onion, green chillies, chopped mint


and chopped coriander in a bowl and mix. Add lemon juice,
chaat masala, salt and peanuts and mix well.

2. Put some potato mixture and pomegranate pearls in


individual serving bowls. Squeeze out green chutney and
yogurt. Sprinkle some chaat masala and put some sev.
Repeat the process till all ingredients are used.

3. Drizzle some more yogurt and green chutney and put


some sev on top.

4. Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
