ABSTRACT
Vietnam Airlines is the national airline of Vietnam providing services for many domestic
and international routes and is considered as one of the leading airlines in Southeast
Asia. Consumer behavior towards Vietnam Airlines domestic flights has been researched
and analyzed by us to produce an article that analyzes the factors affecting the
customer's attitude and intention to use the service of this airline. Factors include
attitudes, subjective standards, and behavioral controls toward the use of airline
services. This study concludes that positive attitudes towards airlines, behavioral control
towards service usage and social pressure to use airlines play important roles in
customer behavior towards Vietnam Airlines.
