Literature serves as a platform for forging emotional connections with characters, fostering a sense of
belonging, and guiding us through a journey of self-discovery and empathy. Engaging with literature
allows us to experience moments of both kindness and terror, offering a profound sense of intimacy as if
the author intimately understands our innermost thoughts and feelings. Reflecting on cherished
experiences in literary class, each in-person session holds a special place in my heart, particularly the
memorable times spent crafting tanagas. Creating a tanaga is a joyful yet challenging endeavor that
demands mastery of rhyme in every line, nurturing creativity and verbal expression. Literature, a subject
close to my heart, becomes even more captivating due to its accessibility and the stimulating discussions
led by our esteemed teacher, Noel Dizon. Through his gentle and entertaining teaching style, complex
literary concepts become understandable and enjoyable, making literary exploration a truly rewarding
endeavor. Among the myriad literary works studied, "The Horrison Burgeron" emerges as a personal
favorite, captivating readers with its compelling narrative and insightful plot. Literature embarks us on a
transformative and joyous journey, amplified by the guidance of our teacher, Mr. Noel Dizon, whose
dedication to teaching enriches our understanding and passion for the subject. I am profoundly grateful

My preferred literary masterpiece is "Harrison Bergeron" by Kurt Vonnegut Jr., a dystopian novel that
delves into the imposition of equality through draconian measures. The protagonist, Harrison Bergeron,
rebels against this oppressive regime despite his disabilities and the suppression of his remarkable

the perils of enforced equality, prompting readers to contemplate the delicate balance between societal
