ACCOUNTING AND BUGETING PROCEDURES

As you are aware the present executive has reviewed the accounting and budgetary

procedures. In order to promote transparency and proper accounting record keeping,

the following systems will show how it will be implemented.

Cash List Form

This form will be used to record all petty cash transactions.

Fund Raising Form

Approved Budget 2020/2023 The items listed below have been approved for the

2010/2011 budget.
