• Initiatives developed by REHDA (the real estate of


housing developers' Association Malaysia)
• Aim to establish minimum sustainability standard to
mitigate the environmental impacts of built structures

Benefits of GreenRE:
• GreenRE Certification with minimum tenant’s involvement.
• Tenants need NOT to comply with stringent & costly fit-out
guidelines.
• Easier to attract and retain tenants.
• Easier for the operation team to manage the green certification
& asset.
• Better suit the current turnkey contract with clear responsibility
to each party with minimal involvement of landlord & tenant.
Majority compliance can be coordination and done by the
turnkey contractor.
