SEAMEN’S SUIT
I am now Standing as protected American Senior Seamen by a Senior Commerce
Court standing to protect this US Interstate Commerce - Merchant Seamen; in order that my
ordered Enlistment Discharging Process can be completed, per the citizen-SHIP - UNITED
STATES Interstate Commerce Laws: Title 28 USC § 1916 and Title 46 USC § 573-08.
I will be Claiming my American Seamen deprived property as I am the Injured Party
– standing as a Special Prosecutor and I am also the Fiduciary – Seamen standing watch
upon the State Defendant – the citizen-SHIP - STATE OF IOWA. Therefore, all other
Public Employee Seamen for the prosecution and defendant are Fired. My “Commercial Lien”
recorded claimed property includes; my stolen pickup and all given unsecured appearance
bonds, as I have appeared as a Witness but I have never been paid per the Law; Title 28 USC
§ 1821.
The US “Commerce Merchant Seamen” Marshalls will be Called Upon by this Senior
Seamen to Arrest any Deprivers of this American Seamen’s protected rights, if required.
