If this is for building permit purposes, 25k kasama na blueprint may mga gumagawa jan sa city hall na
hindi licensed professional tapos papapirmahan na lang sa mga professional ng 1k per set. You need
structural, architectural, electrical, electronic plans. (Sad truth ng industriya ng pagiging arkitekto at
inhinyero. I studied for 5 years and passed the boards for this sh*t.)

If properly designed and up to standards / code, cost for plans may go > 75k

Floorplans lang ba? Depende kasi eh,

Try to consult an architect, kasi sila naman gumagawa non, Floor Plans, perspective, roof plan,
elevations, section, lighting layout, etc.
