(2), (1, 4 & 5) and 7 have not filed counter affidavit so far. It is further submitted that Mr. Piyush Goyal, Adv. on behalf of Mr. Zoheb Hossain, AOR appearing for Respondent No. 3 has neither filed vakalatnama/appearance nor counter affidavit so far. SLP NO. 7313-7314 OF 2020 It is submitted that, pursuant to Hon'ble Court’s order dated 25.08.2020, and cash and accounts- II note dated 15.07.2021, an amount of Rs. 24,09,829/- has been invested in the Fixed Deposit with Bank of India for a period of nine months bearing date of maturity on 02.03.2022.It is further submitted that the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon’ble Judge-in-chambers on 12" April, 2021, when the following order was passed : “Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to cure the defects as pointed out in the office report within a week. List the matter in terms of the previous order on 10 May, 2021.” It is further submitted that in view of order quoted above, Mr. Harsh Surana, advocate for the petitioner has on 19% July, 2021 filed spare copies of SLP for issuance of notice in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 7, 14 and 18, which was filed barred by time by 91 days and counsel has not filed any application for condonation of delay in filing the spare copies, Hence notice could not be issued. Service is not complete in the matter on Respondent Nos. 7, 14 and 18. The matters above-mentioned are listing before the Ld.
