ABSTRACT

A recent study has been conducted to identify the challenges faced by the
manufacturing industry and to find possible solutions to improve its performance
and efficiency. The researchers used a systematic approach to analyze current
manufacturing processes by collecting data through observation and sensors and
analyzing the information using statistical techniques. The study highlighted some
critical areas that could be improved, such as how long it takes to complete a task,
how often machines break down, and how many mistakes are made during
manufacturing. By identifying these problems, manufacturers can focus on finding
ways to fix them and become more efficient. This study provides valuable insights
for manufacturers who want to grow and stay competitive in today's fast-paced
world.
