2. Lacing and unlacing
3. Tying bows, shoelaces, drawstrings
4. Fastening snaps
5. Zipping and unzipping
6. Using a screwdriver
7. Locking and unlocking a door
8. Opening and closing jars
9. Screwing and unscrewing nuts and bolts
10. Stacking small objects (e.g. coins, blocks, cards)
11. Fastening safety pins
12. Typing
13. Tracing and coloring shapes (increasing size and complexity gradually)
14. Operating a computer mouse
15. Shuffling and dealing cards
16. Painting fingernails
17. Tying a box with string or ribbon
18. Putting paper clips onto paper
19. Removing staples with a staple remover
20. Dialing a telephone
21. Setting a watch or clock dial
22. Using scissors
23. Doing mazes or search-a-words
24. Popping bubble wrap

These are exercises designed to help you with your dexterity and fine motor
coordination.
