Pacific (GPAP) for the East West Bank Credit Card 0% Installment Facility. This partnership aims to provide more
spending options for EastWest Bank Cardholders and generate more sales volumes for partner merchants.

The installment transactions will be processed using GPAP’s existing infrastructure and as such, payments and Credit
Card Point of Sale (POS) terminal or online facility concerns will be handled by GPAP directly. Turn-around-time on
payments, resolutions, POS servicing and the likes, will follow GPAP’s commitment based on your existing agreement
with them.

Below are the 0% Installment Subsidy Rate for the EastWest Bank 0% Installment. Kindly put a check mark on the
last column for the tenors that you would like to activate for you merchant account.
