Built and supported various processes from capturing vehicle information to PCN charge both on
client and server. Using Azure to monitor/automate and SQL Server to store the PCN/Customer
information. Carrying out 2/3rd line on-call duties via tickets logged by stakeholders.
Onomi / N4Stack
Monitoring, supporting and developing databases for various managed service clients, primarily
utilising various versions of SQL Server. Optimising data for best performance, developing stored
procedures, nightly jobs, deploying databases on-prem and to the cloud and carrying out 2 nd line
support duties as well as mentoring junior level staff.
Littlefish
Carrying out 1st/2nd line support for various clients; day to day queries related to Azure/AD Account
Administration, Windows Server Administration, Windows 7/8/10 Support, Office Administration,
Device Enrolment via Intune, Knowledge and incident management on various tickets.

Development of iTrent and People HR systems; using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, WebAPI, SQL

Built PIM Mobile application utilising Xamarin introducing new features such as mark-up, user
accessibility controls, material UI. Heavy emphasis on Server-side development of web-based PIM
system using C#/ASP.NET MVC. Carrying out 2nd Line support cases raised by the service desk.

Learning various technologies from C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SOLID Principles, JavaScript,
React.js. Applying knowledge to various membership web based CRM projects and support duties
