tune of $133 million, causing the Agriculture Minister to declare an ‘agricultural
state of emergency’.
Remedies

To mitigate the situation, agronomists recommend the use of agrochemical inputs such as
fertilizers, weedicides, pesticides and other agricultural inputs.
