APPROVAL OF POST-DEATH VARIATION OF LATE MR TAN CHONG

On this day of 20th March, 2024 before the Judges of the SUPREME COURT OF SINGAPORE. After the careful observation of the evidence
presented by the applicant, ELLA TAN. The court hereby made the following ruling on the POST DEATH VARIATION OF LATE MR TAN
CHONG.

EVIDENCE / DOCUMENTS THAT SUPPORTS THIS HEARING:

 Last will and testament of TAN CHONG.

 certificate of registration of death of MR LAI SUI TING
 passports and other identity confirmation document of ELLA TAN
 death certificate of TAN CHONG
 Birth certificate of ELLA TAN.
 Post-death Deed of Variation of MR TAN CHONG

The court hereby rules that the post-death deed of variation of MR TAN CHONG is hereby approved and the adjustments are as follows;

1. All other terms of disbursement of the residual estate stated by TAN CHONG in the LASTWILL AND TESTAMENT should be honored
as devised in the last will and testament dated 18th April, 2009.
2. The witness list should be adjusted as the core witness LAI SUI TING who is required to sign on the final claim approval is now
deceased and would be unable to perform his assigned duty.
3. ELLA TAN should be allowed to claim the property without the need of the signature of a witness.
4. The transfer of ownership should be carried out without the need of any court approved order.
