मी मंदार प्रकाश प्रधान Toastmaster of the day (TMOD) , आपलं सर्वांचा मनपूर्वक स्वागत करीत आहे

"आकाशी झेप घे पाखरा , सोडी सोन्याचा पिंजरा" या एका छोट्या वाक्यात कवी ने आपल्याला आपल्या
ध्येय पूर्तीसाठीचा कानमंत्र दिला आहे आणि आज आपण सगळे इथे जे जमलो आहोत ते कु ठल्या ना
कु ठल्या तरी ध्येयासाठी आणि म्हणूनच आजच्या मीटिंग ची थिम आहे झेप , LEAP

अगदी शब्दार्थ घेतला तरी समजेल कि कानमंत्र समजायला खूपच सरळ आणि सोप्पं आहे पण त्याला
कृ तीत उतरवण्यासाठी मात्र परिश्रम आहेत.

एखादं कार्य हातात घेतला कि त्यात सर्वात महत्वाचा असता ते फौंडेशन , पाया आणि पण त्यानंतर मात्र
गरजेची असते ती सगळं बळ एकवटू न ध्येयाच्या दिशेने घ्यावयाची झेप , which is exactly what we
need to do now and take the LEAP into space of Toastmasters to achieve our Goal , make a
place in the stars and as shining star !

one of the motivational quote i would like to mention here which i always kept on top mind , to

Sattelite only needs one push or power enough to reach the orbit, after that it will be self
powered and will continue its shining journey.

पण हे सोप्पं नाही कारण त्यासाठी गरज असते ती आपली बंधन तोडायची , प्रलोभन सोडायची जो एक
प्रकारचा पिंजराच मग तो सोन्याचा का असेना. असे अनेक सोन्याचे पिंजरे आपल्या आयुष्यात असतात
काही लोकांनी घातलेले तर काही आपण स्वतःहून . आपल्या pre लाँच मीटिंग ला एक टॉपिक होतं from
TM Priya लोग क्या कहेंगे ... आणि हा सगळ्यात मोठा पिंजरा जो आपल्याला तोडायचा आहे आणि
त्यासाठी तयार व्हायचा आहे ते एक सशक्त झेप घ्यायला ...

So, are we all ready to take a LEAP, and trust me yo won’t be alone in this.. you will get all
support , push but it’s all about willingness… so please raise your hands and tell me how many
are ready for this LEAP ?

Great ! so with this we have set the path , we know the goal.

So lets move on to the meeting proceedings of today. As usual we will have this meeting into
segments … Speak , Think and listen and do the best in all
first segment is all about prepared topics, second will be impromptu speaking called table
topics session and final will be general evaluation.

I have an excellent team of role players to conduct today’s meeting and I would start with

icebreaker speeches. As in icebreaker speech is speaker to introduce himself so I not read the
speakers introduction and allow each speaker to introduce themselves with their speech.
Our first speaker today is TM Seema Bankar and her speech will be evaluated by TM Namrata
Tawde. Tm Namrata Can you please read the objective of Icebreaker speech.
