Key considerations during enumeration
• Data from high rise buildings should not be filled and compiled just to achieve
numbers.
• Data of non willing consumers shall not be recorded.
• No data shall be recorded or compiled without the consent of consumer.
• Data of asbestos sheet based roofs or houses having unstable / kuchcha roof
should not be recorded.
