Vide MNRE's Order of even no. dated 10” March 2023, the Approved Models and Manufacturers of Solar Photovoltaic Modules (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2019 (ALMM Order) was held in abeyance for one financial year, i.e. FY 2023-24. It is clarified that the ALMM [Approved List of Models & Manufacturers] for Solar PV Modules, shall accordingly come into effect from 1st April, 2024. 2. Each project where the solar PV modules have been received at the project site by 31" March, 2024 and is unable to get commissioned by that day, on account of reasons beyond the control of the renewable power developer, would be examined separately.
