EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL FROG ANATOMY
Reflection Paper
Introduction
The frog dissection activity was both fascinating and some part disgusting. As we
follow the steps/instructions we explored the anatomy of the frog, I found myself torn
between a sense of amazement and discomfort. The process allowed me to search into
the parts of the frog's internal and external structures, also gave me more knowledge on
biology and physiology of the animal.
Amazed but disgusted, the frogs internal anatomy are different from humans, from the
shape and structure.
We kill and dissect the frog, open the skin to reveal its internal parts and identifying
which is which.
After performing and experiencing frog dissection to study its external and internal
anatomy, I gained knowledge about how differently the structure of the animals are and
were it was located.
Body
I saw some of my classmates participated and some only observed the
dissection. The vibe felt so serious but it was fun and disgusting I enjoyed the activity
seeing the frog internal parts and identifying it my be disturbing by the excitement and
learning that this activity give me more knowledge if biology and physiology.
Conclusion
The frog dissection activity offered a unique blend of scientific discovery and
ethical contemplation. It provided valuable insights into the intricacies of anatomy while
prompting a reflection on the ethical responsibilities that come with the pursuit of
knowledge. As we continue to engage in such activities, it becomes essential to foster a
deeper understanding of the ethical dimensions inherent in scientific exploration.
