Device provided by Bitventure Consulting Pty Limited [“the Company”]. In the event of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the
POS Device by any means, Ignite Fitness shall promptly notify the Company. Ignite Fitness agrees to bear all costs associated with
the replacement or repair of the POS Device whatsoever. Ignite Fitness indemnifies and holds the Company harmless from any
claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the POS Device.
