All laundries that process white work linen and uniforms should have a general stain reclaim

formula. Stained goods should be processed at least once per week or as necessary to keep
laundry rejects from accumulating. A general practice is to run a stain reclaim formula as the
last formula for the week. Two formulas are given here, one using chlorine bleach and the
other using oxygen bleach.

Basic operation notes are given below:

- Load washwheel to not more than 70 to 75% of its rated cotton capacity.

- Expect formula to run between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours counting drain and fill time.

- Insure accuracy of the temperature settings.
