 INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Admission to the exam centre will be on production of this admit card only. Paste a recent passport size colour photograph, similar to
the already uploaded one, in the space provided above. The candidate will have to affix his / her signature in the space provided in the
presence of the Invigilator.

2. The candidate must ensure that he / she fulfil the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the notification before appearing for
the written test.

3. Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the admit card has been issued to you does not imply that
your candidature has been accepted by the JSSC or that the entries made by you in your online application for examination have been
accepted by the JSSC as true and correct. Receipt of this admit card does not constitute an offer for employment from JSSC. You may
please note that the JSSC will take up the verification of eligibility conditions i.e., age, educational qualifications and status (i.e.,
Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Class /PWD etc.) with reference to original documents only at the time of
document verification of candidates who are qualified in the examination on the basis of the marks obtained by them. You may
therefore, please note that if at any stage of recruitment / selection process or even after selection if it is found that you are not eligible
in terms of eligibility criteria, your candidature / appointment will be cancelled without giving any reason / or prior notice.

4. The candidates must bring at least two black ball point pen with them.
5. Candidates have to undergo mandatory frisking activity. Therefore, candidates are advised to leave behind any objectionable item
before entering the test centre.
6. The candidate must bring the admit card along with the photo identity proof, such as Passport / PAN Card / Driving license / Voter's
Card / Unique Identification Card (Aadhar) in original as well as a photocopy. Please note that your name as mentioned on the admit
card (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as mentioned on the photo identity proof.
Female candidates who have changed first / last / middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch
between the name indicated in the admit card and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
7. Candidates are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the Admit Card. The candidate will not be allowed
to enter the examination venue after Gate closure. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall after distribution of
question paper all the examination is over under any circumstances.
8. Please note that if you adopt any unfair means or malpractice or commit any misconduct while appearing for the examination, your
candidature is liable to be summarily cancelled.
9. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, cell phones etc. is not permitted in the examination. Cell phones, pagers, calculators or any such
devices are not allowed inside the premises of the examination. Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the
banned items including cell phones to the examination venue, as arrangement for their safekeeping cannot be assured. Any candidate
found resorting to any unfair means including giving / receiving help to / from any candidates during the test will be disqualified. (The
candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his / her answers).

10. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in
any form or any information therein whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the
papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be proceeded against as per Law
/ Rules.
11. No request for change of examination centre/date of exam shall be entertained under any circumstances.

12. Candidates are advised to keep their admit card safely as it will be required in further stage of selection.
13. “Jharkhand Competitive Examination (Measures for control and prevention of unfair means in recruitment) Act, 2023” would be
applicable and candidates who appear for this examination shall be deemed to have studied and acknowledged this act.
