Application and Assessment

Write a one-page report on how your travel interests differ from your parents and from your
grandparents.

I think my interests in travel and my parents are different. In my case I would love to travel to
far away places like out of the country, unlike my parent’s they mostly like to travel only here in the
Philippine, maybe it might also depend on how much budget they have. While my grandparents would
just want to travel to nearby places.

If you would ask me, i prefer solo travel but also it is more fun if you have someone with you. I
want to travel with different people and meet new people while travelling, I would want to travel with
my parents, grandparents, and my friends. It is more fun travelling with friends, one of the ways to get
to know them more deeply. I had one experience with friends where we travel at caluan villa silva hot
spring, a nature trip. Based on my experience this travel made us very close, we had fun deep talking
while enjoying the serenity of calauan, laguna. This kind of travel with friends brings us more together.
While my experience with my parents was when we traveled to infanta, Quezon. For a beach trip, this
trip made me realize how much important to have a travel bonding with your parents. I also recognize
that they would rather travel to nature than fancy places. During my experience with my grandparents,
we always stay or check in at different hotels in Clark Pampanga. They like staying at a hotel,
staycation, playing at the casino, and trying different foods. Thats what my grandparents would rather
do.

Travelling may vary to the budget of the people but the experience is always gonna be worth it.
Travel gives the most memorable experiences we will have and innumerable priceless lessons we can
share with others. It enlightens us about one another and ourselves. By travelling We may learn new
things and improve our talents via traveling. Aside from exploring various cultures and languages, we
can also pick up useful skills for our careers. A deeper understanding of history, the discovery of old
customs, or the exploration of hobbies we were unaware of could all occur.
