Introductory Activity • The teacher will ask one of the students to lead the prayer
• Monitor the cleanliness in the classroom
• Checking of attendance will be followed
• Ask student to recap the previous topic

• Activity: Food for Thought

• The group who will get the highest score will be given a gift pack
plus additional points in their performance. While the other
group will also receive a gift pack only.

• Ask the students on what do they feel about the activity and
what motivates them to get the correct answer.
Activity/Strategy ● The teacher will introduce the topic.
● Solicit ideas from the students how motivation, leadership and
communication work in an organization.
Analysis
 The teacher will start to discuss the lesson, explaining how
motivation, leadership and communication work in an
organization.

 The teacher will introduce some theories that offer


suggestions on how to enhance motivation in the
workplace.

 The teacher will also introduce leadership styles and


theories that emerged to respond to the need and to
better understand what drives success in this area.
 Lastly, the teacher will discuss the significant role of
communication in directing people within the organization.
Abstraction
 Ask the students, citing a real scenario, given the chance
being a leader what kind of leader would they be based from
the discussion. Let the students expound their answer.

 Ask them again, what is their idea with this statement
“Leaders in particular are born and not made. Let them
expound their answer.

 The teacher will generalize the lesson.
Application
Group the class into 2 groups, each group will be given article to
read and answer the given questions. After having a
brainstorming with their groupmates, each group will choose one
representative
to share their answers in the class.
Assessment In ½ crosswise

Assignment/Agreement - What is CONTROLLING?
- What are the different controlling methods and
techniques.
