3) Transporter is only responsible to deliver to customer door step (GROUND FLOOR) only.
Any stacking, de-crating and extra delivery will be chargeable by transporter at their discreation.
4) Claim procedure, all document must give us within 3 days.
EG Document: Invoice & Packing List from supplier, Chopped & Signed D/O with remarks and photos
of the damaged cargo. thereafter all claims will not be responsible.
