ÖNEMLİ UYARILAR (IMPORTANT WARNINGS)

1. Üzerinde fotoğrafınızın bulunduğu bu Sınava Giriş Belgesi
yalnızca bu sınava/oturuma giriş için kullanılır, başka hiçbir
sınava/oturuma giriş için kullanılamaz. Sınava Giriş Belgesi renkli
veya siyah-beyaz olabilir.
This Exam Entrance Document with your photo on it is only used
for entry to this exam and cannot be used for entry to any other
exam. The Exam Entrance Document may be coloured or black
and white.
2. Sınava Giriş Belgesi’nin üzerinde fotoğrafınızın bulunması
zorunludur. Bu belgenizin çıktısını yazıcıdan alırken belge
üzerinde fotoğrafınızın olmasına dikkat ediniz. Sınava Giriş
Belgesi’nde fotoğrafı bulunmayan adaylar, kesinlikle sınava
alınmayacaklardır. Sınava Giriş Belgesi’nin ön ve arka yüzünde
ÖSYM’nin belirlediği bilgiler dışında herhangi bir yazı, resim,
işaret vb. bulunmamalıdır.
It is mandatory for your photograph to be on the Exam Entrance
Document. When printing this document, be sure to check that
your photograph is on it. Candidates without a photograph on the
Exam Entrance Document will not be allowed to take the exam.
There should be no writing, pictures, signs, etc. on either the
front or back of the Exam Entrance Document other than the
information specified by the ÖSYM.
7. Bu belgede yazılı olan binadaki salondan başka bir salonda
sınava giremezsiniz, girdiğiniz takdirde sınavınız geçersiz
sayılacaktır. Sınav salonları kamera ile kayıt altına alınmaktadır.
You cannot take the exam in any other exam hall in the building
specified in this document, and if you enter, your exam will be
considered invalid. Exam halls are recorded with cameras.
8. Tüm adaylar, 26 Eylül 2012 tarihli ve 28423 sayılı Resmî
Gazete’de yayımlanan “Adayların ve Sınav Görevlilerinin Sınav
Binalarına Giriş Koşullarına İlişkin Yönetmelik” hükümlerine ve
ÖSYM’nin internet adresinden yayımlanan sınav
uygulamalarına ilişkin güvenlik tedbirlerine uymak zorundadır.
All candidates must comply with the provisions of the
"Regulation on the Entry Conditions of Candidates and Exam
Officials to Exam Buildings" published in the Official Gazette
dated September 26, 2012 and numbered 28423, and the
security measures related to exam practices published on the
ÖSYM’s website.
9. Kimlik kontrolleri, üst arama ve salona yerleştirme işlemlerinin
zamanında tamamlanabilmesi için sınav saatinden en az 1 saat
önce, sınava gireceğiniz binanın giriş kapısında hazır
bulununuz.

3. Sınava giriş için geçerli kimlik belgeleri ( asılları olmak kaydıyla To allow for timely completion of identity checks, body searches,

- fotoğraflı Geçici Kimlik Belgesi (T.C. Kimlik Kartı edinme
sürecinde,
İçişleri Bakanlığı Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel
Müdürlüğünden aldıkları ve yeni kimlik kartları teslim alınıncaya
kadar geçerli olan fotoğraflı, imzalı-mühürlü / barkodlu-
karekodlu).

Valid identification documents for entry to the exam ( including
the originals ) are:
- Turkish Identity Card with photograph,
- Former Turkish Identity Card with photograph,
- Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus ID Card with
photograph,
- Pink/Blue Card with photograph (those who have left
Turkish citizenship with permission and their legal heirs),
- Valid passport with photograph.
- Temporary Identity Document with photograph (issued by
the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of
the Ministry of Interior to those who are in the process of
obtaining a Turkish ID Card and valid until the new ID cards are
received, with photograph, signature, seal / barcode and QR
code)
- Photographed identification card of the country of which
the person is a citizen
4. Sınava Giriş Belgesi ile yukarıda belirtilen geçerli kimlik
belgelerinden birisini eksiksiz olarak yanında bulundurmayan
hiçbir aday, mazereti ve sebebi ne olursa olsun, kesinlikle sınava
alınmayacaktır. Sınav günü belgelerinizi eksiksiz olarak
yanınızda bulundurmanız gerekmektedir.
No candidate who does not have either the Exam Entrance
Document or one of the valid identification documents mentioned
above with them, for any reason, will be allowed to take the
exam. You must bring your documents with you on the exam day
without any missing items.
5. Adayın kimlik belgesinde, sınav görevlilerince kolaylıkla
tanınmasını sağlayacak güncel bir fotoğrafı bulunmalıdır
(Sınav günü sınav görevlilerinin sizi fotoğrafınızdan tanımakta
güçlük çektiği takdirde sınava alınamayabileceğinizi göz önünde
bulundurunuz.). Kimlik Belgesinde fotoğrafı olmayan adaylar,
sınava alınmayacaktır. T.C. Nüfus Cüzdanında soğuk damga
basılı olmalı, güncel bir fotoğraf bulunmalı ve T.C. Kimlik
Numarası yer almalıdır. Üzerinde soğuk damga veya adayın
sınav görevlilerince kolaylıkla tanınmasını sağlayacak
güncel bir fotoğraf veya T.C. Kimlik Numarası bulunmayan
T.C. Nüfus Cüzdanları kabul edilmeyecektir (T.C. Kimlik
Numarası elle veya daktilo ile sonradan yazılmış veya ilave
edilmiş olmamalıdır.). Pasaportun süresi sınav günü itibarıyla
geçerli olmalıdır. Geçerlilik süresi bitmiş pasaportlar kabul
edilmeyecektir. Bunların dışında; sürücü belgesi (ehliyet),
öğrenci kimlik kartları, meslek kimlik kartları vb. diğer hiçbir belge
sınava giriş için geçerli kimlik belgesi olarak kabul
edilmeyecektir.
The identification document of the candidate must have a
current photograph that will allow the examiners to easily
identify the candidate (remember that you may not be allowed
to take the exam if exam officials have difficulty recognizing you
from your photograph on the exam day).Candidates without a
photograph on their identification document will not be
allowed to take the exam. Former Turkish ID Cards must
have a cold stamp, a current photograph, and a Turkish ID
Number. Former Turkish ID Cards without a cold stamp, a
current photograph that can easily be recognized by exam
officials, or a Turkish ID Number will not be accepted (the
Turkish ID Number should not be written or typed in later or

10. Sınavın yapıldığı binalara girişte adayların ve sınav
görevlilerinin üstleri emniyet görevlileri tarafından elle ve
dedektörle aranacak; adaylar yanlarında çanta, cüzdan, cep
telefonu, her türlü saat, kablosuz iletişim sağlayan bluetooth vb.
cihazlarla; kulaklık, kolye, küpe, yüzük (alyans hariç), bilezik,
broş ve diğer takılarla; anahtarlık, her türlü araç anahtarı, plastik
ve metal içerikli eşyalarla, (ulaşım kartı, anahtarlıksız basit
anahtar, kağıt/madeni para, başörtü için kullanılan
boncuklu/ boncuksuz toplu iğne, basit tokalı kemer, basit
piercing ve basit tel toka hariç) her türlü elektronik/mekanik
cihazla ve çağrı cihazı, telsiz, fotoğraf makinesi vb. araçlarla,
her türlü plastik ve güneş gözlüğü dâhil cam eşyayla,
(şeffaf/numaralı gözlük hariç) banka/kredi kartı vb. kartlarla,
bilgisayar, bilgisayar özelliği bulunan cihazlar ve sözlük işlevi
olan elektronik aygıtlarla, her türlü delici ve kesici alet, ateşli
silah ve benzeri teçhizatla, kalem, silgi, kalemtıraş, müsvedde
kâğıt, defter, kitap, ders notu ve sözlükle, dergi, gazete vb.
yayınlarla, pergel, açıölçer, cetvel, hesap makinesi vb. araçlarla,
içecek, yiyecek vb. gıda/tüketim maddeleriyle (bandajı
çıkarılmış şeffaf pet şişe içerisinde su hariç) sınav binasına
kesinlikle giremeyeceklerdir.
Candidates and exam officials will be searched by security
officials by hand and with detectors upon entering the buildings
where the exam is held; candidates will not be allowed to enter
the exam building with any bags, wallets, cell phones, any kind
of watches, devices that provide wireless communication such
as Bluetooth, headphones, necklaces, earrings, rings (except
wedding rings), bracelets, brooches, and other jewellery; keys,
any kind of vehicle keys, items with plastic or metal content
(except transportation cards, simple keys, banknotes/metal
coins, bulk/beadless needles for headscarves, simple belt
buckles, simple piercings, and simple wire rings), any kind
of electronic/mechanical devices, and pagers, radios, cameras,
etc., any kind of plastic or glass items including sunglasses
(except transparent/numbered glasses), bank/credit cards,
etc., computers, devices with computer features, and electronic
devices with dictionary functions, any kind of cutting and sharp
tools, firearms and similar equipment, pencils/pens, erasers,
pencil sharpeners, scrap paper, notebooks, books, class notes,
and dictionaries, magazines, newspapers, etc., compasses,
protractors, rulers, calculators, etc., drinks, food, etc. (except
water in a transparent plastic bottle with the bandage
removed).
11. Sınava metal aksesuar içermeyen sade bir kıyafetle geliniz.
Please come to the exam in simple clothing without metal
accessories.
12. Kurşun kalem, silgi, kalemtıraş ve peçete ÖSYM tarafından
temin edileceğinden, şeffaf pet şişe içerisindeki su dışında hiçbir
araç, gereç, içecek ve yiyeceği sınava gireceğiniz binaya
getirmeyiniz. Sınava bandajı çıkarılmış şeffaf pet şişe içerisinde
su getirebilirsiniz.
Since pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, and paper tissues will
be provided by ÖSYM, do not bring any tools, equipment,
drinks, or food except for water in a transparent plastic bottle
with the bandage removed to the exam building. You may bring
water in a transparent plastic bottle with the bandage removed
to the exam.
13. Sınav sırasında cep telefonu veya herhangi bir elektronik cihaz
taşıdığı tespit edilen veya 10. maddede belirtilen eşyalardan
herhangi biri ile sınava giren adayın sınavı geçersiz sayılacaktır.
If it is determined that a candidate is carrying a cell phone or
any electronic device during the exam, or if any of the items
mentioned in Article 10 are brought to the exam, the
candidate’s exam will be considered invalid.
14. Sınavınızı tamamladıktan sonra cevap kâğıdınızı ve soru
