Left Over Buttercream Cookies

These are a fab way to use up left over buttercream. However,


if you don't have left over buttercream, but still want to make
them, substitute the buttercream ingredient for 33gms (¼
stick) Block Butter and 66gms (½ cup) Icing Sugar.

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cups Left Over Buttercream I am assuming your buttercream ratios are 1 part butter, to 2
parts Icing Sugar.
3/4 cups Plain Flour
1 Egg
1/4 cups Chocolate Chips Optional

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre heat your oven to 150c fan, 170c, 350f, GM4
2. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment
3. Soften your buttercream in a mixer by beating for a few minutes
4. Add the flour and the egg and mix until just combined
5. Add the chocolate Chips if you're using them, and mix until evenly distributed.
6. Divide the mix into 6-7 balls and place them apart on a baking sheet. These cookies do spread
a little
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to turn golden brown
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool a little before transferring to a cooling rack.
