CH A V I N Gold Mining Claim

CHAVIN claim, no collaterals or debts at all, is updated with all official and legal obligations. The
property consists of three adjacent claims totaling 600 Hectares, with a geochemical
reconnaissance program directed and carried out relying on Lima's labs, dropping the area with
minimum chances of good ore. A pilot test was carried out with cyanide leaching and carbon in
columns to check out the geo-metallurgy, with positive results.

CHAVIN prospect is located in Cerro Tulpo, district of Mollebamba, Province of Santiago de

Chuco, Department of La Libertad, north of Peru, with an altitude average of 3333 m a s l ,
approximately 232 km by road from Trujillo and 181 Km by road from Chimbote.

CHAVIN is located in the auriferous corridor, with mines of world class that covers 290 Km
approximately, like Yanacocha (Newmont-Buenaventura) and Alto Chicama in the north part of
the belt, and the Pierina mine (MBM) in the south, Tahoe-La Arena, etc. The CHAVIN potential
could be in the order of 2 M oz Au, if worse comes to worse no less than 450 K oz Au could be
expected.

North Peru regional geology consists of: metamorphic, Precambrian and Paleozoic granitic
rocks of the Marañon complex toward the East; the Mesozoic Coastal Batolite to early Tertiary
toward the West and a basin with NNO direction, dominated by marine sedimentary rocks and
deltaic clastics sediments of the Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous of the Chicama and
Chimu formations in the central portion. Volcanic stratified and volcano clastics rocks of the
Calipuy Group overlay to the cretaceous sequence along an angular discontinuity. Calipuy
Group is the general name used to describe the extensive Tertiary volcanism in the centre and
north of the Peru.

The Chimú and Calipuy formations host of the most auriferous locations in the north of the Peru
included Yanacocha, Barrick, Gold Fields, La Virgen, and Pierina mines. The paleogene and
Neogene’s units with direction NNO that consist mainly on intrusive rocks is very exposed in the
Cordillera Blanca, to the east of the Pierina mine.

Angasmarca district is a very interesting area from the metallogenic point of view. Numerous
mines attracted exploration activities by the middle of the 90’. Several companies explored the
areas of Santiago de Chuco, Huamachuco and Quiruvilca in search of auriferous locations. New
mines as La Virgen, La Arena, Tres Cruces, El Toro, San José, Shahuindo, Sayapullo, El Pallar,
Santa Rosa and San Simon and old Quiruvilca (a well-known district as polymetallic) and Alto
Chicama (Barrick) showed how important is the systems of mineralization in the district.

We consider USD6’500,000.00 like total payment. It could be an investor or a partnership.

The deposit in the northern Peruvian sierra does not need major investment in basic
infrastructure. It has a premium facilities, pleasant weather all year, has a road right to the site,
and within two miles away a small town with a US$8/nite hotel room. Also you can find basic
utilities such as running water, electric power, and phone lines available.

Mining wise the deposit has prime location, actually the best one in Peru and no doubt at all
among one of the best in the world, it is within The Gold Corridor with the Who-is-Who listing
working in there (Barrick, Buenaventura, GoldFields, Newmont, Tahoe, Rio Alto Mining Ltd.,
Igor, etc.) Grade could be anything between 1.5 and 3.0 gr.Au/ton despite some samples were
up to 1 onz/ton, so it is not free of the nugget-effect. Waste to ore ratio is not too high; the
capping is not hard, and does not need drilling and blasting. Surrounding population is mining
conscious and no major problem for accomplishing with environmental regulations.

The only point that precludes me of further develop this deposit right now is that I run short of
cash. I am aware that some drilling will help a lot to get proved reserves, a better understanding
of the geology, the size and quality of the deposit, and consequently show the profitability of the
project
