1. No Test can be encashed or exchanged in any profiles.
2. Investigation fee once paid will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
3. Reports should be collected within 15days, reports will not
be available after 15days.
4. Name,Sex & Age cannot be modified after completion of
test.
5. VDC maintains the confidentiality of information provided
by the Customer. At times, it shall be under obligation to
disclose such information to a judicial or administrative body
having competent jurisdiction, when warranted by Law and
VDC shall not be in any way be responsible for any decisions
or actions of such competent authority.
6. The report(s) ready time as indicated above is tentative
and for general reference only. We will use our reasonable
endeavours to release the test report(s) within the stipulated
TAT. However, in no event VDC shall be held responsible or
liable for any damages or loss, whether direct or indirect,
incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of the
delay in release of reports for whatsoever reason.
7. While every effort is made to ensure reports are released
within TAT, a prior intimation will be sent in cases of
