MKS 536E Advanced CAD Course Homework

Problem: Develop a program calculating a twisting beam based on different polygonal

shapes like triangular, square, rectangular sections by scaling, rotating, elevating the section.
Everybody should use different orientations, sizes and positions for the objects in space. You
must use homogenous transformation matrices. After drawing, apply +2 and -2 degree
rotations transformations by drawing in red color (use pink for right eye) and blue color (use
cyan for left eye) to show the design as 3d stereo (anaglyphs) vision. Student are free to use
any of the calculation softwares like MathCad, MatLab, Maple, Mathematica, Excel, Java,
Pascal, C and Basic programs. The results should be drawn by software. Submit the written
program files to ninova web page by zipping before homework due date. Printed hardcopy is
not required.
