Please be advised that our suppliers have confirmed that the source resin we distribute as Certene® HWB-1051 complies
with Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 177.1520 (Olefin Polymers), (c)3.1a and (c)3.2a and may be used as
articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food, including use in articles used for packing or
holding food during cooking. Finished articles may contact food only under Conditions of Use A through H described in
Table 2 of 21 CFR 176.170(c).

This document is valid until the next relevant legislative and/or regulatory change with a maximum of one year from the
date of this document.
