Task 2 : Recognition and Sorting of Workpiece
1. Control Requirements
(1)When the photoelectric sensor detects the workpiece, the belt conveyor
runs forward at 10HZ frequency.
(2) If the workpiece is metal, the cylinder 1 pushes it into material trough A. If
the workpiece is white plastic, the cylinder 2 pushes it into material trough B.
If the workpiece is black plastic, the cylinder 3 pushes it into material trough C.
After the workpiece is pushed into material trough , the belt conveyor stops.
(3) When the photoelectric sensor detects the workpiece again, the belt
conveyor runs forward at 10HZ frequency. Until the workpiece is pushed into
material trough and stopped again.
