STEPS TO USE THE HEALY DEVICE

CONNECTING THE HEALY 2 APP WITH YOUR DEVICE

Download Healy 2 app and HealAdvisor app from the App Store
(iPhone/iPad) OR Play Store (Android phone/Tablet)
PHONE BLUETOOTH AND LOCATION
• You need WiFi or DATA to download the program from the cloud to the
Healy device.
• Go to phone settings to turn on BLUETOOTH and LOCATION
• Phone BLUETOOTH and LOCATION must be ON whenever you use Healy
programs
HEALY BATTERY
• When the HEALY battery is below 40%, you may have difficulty
connecting to the cloud to download or vibrate a program.
• Tap on the battery icon on the top right comer to check battery power.
• Always charge the Healy device fully.
• To preserve the battery life, it is good to use up all the battery life before
giving Healy device a FULL CHARGE.
• On a new device, a FULLY CHARGED battery can last for 4-6 hours (which
is approximately 4 to 5 hour-long programs).
HEALY BLUETOOTH
• The BLUE LIGHT indicator of Healy BLUETOOTH blinks rapidly during the
downloading process.
• After the program starts running, If Healy Bluetooth is ON, your phone
must be within 3 metre radius from the Healy device or the connection
will be disrupted.
• The app can be running in the background and your phone can be used
as long as the phone is close to Healy.
• If the Healy Bluetooth is OFF, you do not need the phone at all. (e.g.)
First, download the program into the Healy device. Then turn off the
phone and still run the program while you are traveling on the airplane.
HOW TO RESET YOUR HEALY DEVICE
If you encounter the following issues:
➢ The Healy Bluetooth (blue light) not blinking and unable to connect to
the cloud server
➢ Unable to download programs from the cloud server
➢ Unable to click on the programs on the menu
➢ Missing programs from the menu
➢ Unstable and frequently disruption to connection while running
programs
OPTION 1
1) You may have NOT EXITED from the previously used Healy apps
completely, and it may be still running in the background. Close all the
Healy apps (use close all or swipe screen functions).
2) Retry your connection.
3) If this fails, then you may try the following.
OPTION 2
1) To restore all the settings, you need to SHUT DOWN your mobile device
and RESTART.
2) RESET Healy device and try connecting as usual.
3) LONG press on the Healy device POWER button for 20 seconds until a
NON-BLINKING yellow light appears.
4) Let go and the Healy device will shut down. Retry your connection.
5) If this fails, then you may try the following.
OPTION 3
1) DELETE your apps and RE-INSTALL.
(Warning: You may lose your past lists archive and client profiles If you
have not saved and sync them with the cloud server)
2) As a good practice, it is always good to RESET the Healy device when you
have finished using for the day.
3) This Is equivalent to shutting down your laptop rather than leaving It In
sleep mode all the time.
